Next Saturday, the 14th, the men of Silverbrook will be gathering at Astoria Pizza (our usual haunt) at 11 am. They have pizza, sandwiches, and some breakfast items. Come out and spend some time together!
Our Silverbrook ladies group will meet at the church on Monday evening at 6pm. We are reading the book "Anxious For Nothing" by Max Lucado. This is a wonderful time of fellowship and food as the ladies continue their book study.

We are delighted to host our Homecoming after a 2-year COVID break! Join us for worship and fellowship on Sunday, 18 September. We will have a potluck and weather permitting we'll be able to eat outside and enjoy the weather! The Silverbrook United Methodist Church is seeking your financial support to replace our current HVAC system which has reached end-of-life.
The church is conducting a Capital Campaign to fund the new HVAC system. We’d like to invite our congregation, visitors and those that share our facility to help us raise the funds necessary to cover the replacement costs - the cost of replacement is $14,875.00. If there is a person or group that would be willing to “match” the donations, that would be a blessing. Your donation is tax deductible and will help preserve the church that means so much to all of us. Thank you in advance for your support!
